What happens if I am booked in for an appointment during this time ?

Unfortunately we are unable to see you face to face! However we can still conduct Telehealth/ virtual sessions 😊

From tomorrow morning (Saturday 13th) our lovely reception team will be in touch with you regarding your appointment if you are booked in during this period 📞

Posture is the window to the spine. Did you know studies show that students with upright posture:
- demonstrated a higher perseverance when tasked to figure out unsolveable puzzles
- felt more powerful, less sleepy and had less negative emotions
- the upright power pose also reduced cortisol and increased testosterone
